About the Role

They are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Co-ordinator to join their Fulham-based head office. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, supporting the smooth delivery of complex lighting projects from early-stage engagement through to aftercare. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Team and internal departments to ensure outstanding service and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Purpose of the Role

This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role requiring exceptional coordination skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. The Project Co-ordinator acts as the backbone of the project delivery team—ensuring stakeholders remain aligned, timelines are managed, and clients receive a premium level of care and communication.

  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of architectural lighting projects, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and communications across systems such as SAP and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, technical, and logistics teams to meet client requirements and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Proactively identify potential risks or delays and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Support the Sales Team in delivering exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
  • Gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the full product range, including unique selling points and new product developments (NPD & EPD).
  • Client Engagement
  • Deliver high-touch, personalised service to clients within the luxury residential and hospitality space.
  • Handle all client concerns professionally and promptly, taking ownership of issues and resolving them with integrity.
  • Ensure a consistent client-first approach, maintaining the highest standard of communication and professionalism at all times.
  • Represent the company as a trusted advisor, brand ambassador, and reliable point of contact throughout the project.

Experience & Background

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a project coordination or project support role within an office environment. Experience in industries such as lighting, interiors, architecture, or design—particularly within the luxury residential or hospitality sectors—would be a strong advantage. Familiarity with LED lighting or architectural lighting systems is desirable but not essential.
