Due to continued growth, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Family Solicitor to join our friendly and close-knit team. We are a proud Legal 500 firm with a strong reputation for providing exceptional client care and achieving excellent outcomes for our clients. As our department continues to grow, we are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, values building strong client relationships, and wants to be part of a supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE and solid experience in private family law matters who is looking to develop their career within a growing and ambitious firm.
The Role
- You will manage your own caseload of private family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy matters
- Children disputes
- Cohabitation and TOLATA claims
- Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
You may also assist in supporting the development of junior colleagues by assisting with training and mentoring within the team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE
- Experience handling a broad range of private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy and children matters.
- Provides outstanding client care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative and supportive team
