Trauma-Informed Domestic Abuse Navigator in Plymouth

First Light in Plymouth is seeking a part-time Domestic Abuse Navigator (18.5 hours/week) to provide proactive, trauma-informed support to adults experiencing medium-risk domestic abuse. You will act as a single point of access, handling a high caseload and coordinating with partner agencies to ensure survivor safety and access to services.

The role involves phone referrals, occasional face-to-face appointments, risk assessments, safety planning, and advocacy for survivors and children.
