First Kick Football is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Holiday Sports Camp Manager to oversee the delivery of our holiday sports provision for children aged 4–11 years. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment where children can learn, develop, and have fun.

- Be responsible for the management of a Holiday Sports Camp Provision for children aged 4–11 years.
- Ensure high‑quality provision that meets all legal, Ofsted, Health & Safety, and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework standards (full training will be provided).
- Be responsible for the support, supervision, and development of staff and volunteers.
- Ensure that the local community, schools, children, and families who use First Kick Football services are placed at the heart of everything the organisation does.
- Organise and lead activities when required.
- Manage the day‑to‑day operation of the holiday sports club.
- Lead, support, supervise, and develop a team of coaches and volunteers.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee a variety of fun and engaging multi‑sports activities.
- Deliver coaching sessions as part of the holiday camp programme.
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and well‑being of all children attending the provision.
- Maintain high standards in line with legal requirements, Ofsted regulations, Health & Safety standards, and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Manage participant registration, sign‑in, and sign‑out procedures.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants and staff.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure an exceptional experience for every child attending the provision.
- Experience leading or coordinating children’s holiday camps, sports programmes, or similar activities.
- Recognised sports coaching qualification.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development through sport and physical activity.
- Valid First Aid qualification.
- Safeguarding qualification.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one through First Kick Football).
- Good availability throughout the six‑week summer holiday period.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the holiday camps.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic.
- Enthusiastic and committed to creating a fun and engaging environment.
- Able to adapt to changing situations and solve problems effectively.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
