Founded in 2007 First Intuition (FI) is an award-winning, UK-based provider of

predominantly accountancy training and apprenticeships. We currently have ~ 500 staff

based across 15 physical locations and remotely, but we continue to grow rapidly. In

April 2023, we secured investment from the private equity firm Apiary Capital who

continue to support us in our growth plans, including acquisitions of six First Intuition

franchises over the past two years.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join First Intuition during a period of significant digital change, playing a central role in the adoption and rollout of our group CRM, HubSpot.
The CRM System Administrator will be the day-to-day operational owner of HubSpot, responsible for keeping the platform running smoothly, working with the team to drive successful adoption and continuously improving how the system is used across the organisation. Sitting within the Enterprise Application Services team and reporting to the Enterprise Applications Manager, you will work as a specialist administrator alongside colleagues who support our other core enterprise systems.

You will act as the second line point of resolution for HubSpot, taking ownership of queries and issue that have been escalated to you. You will work closely with the analyst team to share knowledge and improve first-line resolution over time.

This is a hands-on specialist role, ideal for someone with strong HubSpot (or comparable CRM) administration experience, who enjoys enabling others, solving problems and improving how systems are being used.
This is offered as a 12-month fixed term contract aligned with a key phase of our digital transformation programmes.

Duties and responsibilities

HubSpot Administration & Configuration

  • Act as the day-to-day administrator for HubSpot CRM, managing user administration, permissions, teams and access controls.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, properties, pipelines, sequences, templates and automation to meet the needs of different business teams.
  • Maintain data integrity within the CRM through routine housekeeping, monitoring and by supporting the agreed data quality standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date configuration documentation, ensuring changes are recorded and best practices are followed.

User Support & Adoption

  • Act as second-line point of resolution for HubSpot, taking ownership of queries and issues escalated by the Applications Analyst.
  • Support the delivery of CRM adoption and enablement programmes, helping teams embed HubSpot into their day-to-day ways of working.
  • Contribute to and deliver training sessions and materials for all levels of skill and experience.

Integrations & Technical

  • Support the development, maintenance and troubleshooting of integrations between HubSpot and other business systems.
  • Assist with data imports, exports and routine data tasks.
  • Help troubleshoot data flow and connectivity issues between HubSpot and connected systems.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes or procedures, introduce automations and improve efficiency for CRM users.
  • Stay informed about HubSpot releases and new features, recommending enhancements that add value to the business.
  • Contribute to the wider Enterprise Applications team’s continuous improvement activity and share knowledge with colleagues.

Skills and experience

Essential

  • Demonstrable experience administrating HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise and/or Salesforce Sales Cloud, or a comparable CRM platform, in a business environment.
  • Confident configuring CRM automations, properties, dashboards and user permissions.
  • Experience resolving escalated user queries and issues within a support model, and delivering or contributing to end-user training.
  • A strong focus on data quality and accuracy, with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
  • Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working with data, such as imports/exports, list management and data manipulation.
  • Right to live and work in the UK, and able to travel to FI centres when .

Desirable

  • Relevant HubSpot certifications (or willingness to work towards them).
  • Familiarity with integration tools and methods (eg API-based integrations, middleware or automation platforms).
  • Experience driving CRM adoption or leading training.
  • Experience working in a training, education or professional services environment.
