Location: Hybrid, split between home and Bristol/Exeter

Overview of Role

The Client Partner Team Leader role will lead and support the Client Partner team with a range of duties to ensure the smooth and effective running of our range of apprenticeship and non-apprenticeship programmes.

Key Duties:

  • Lead and manage the Client Partner Team, including allocation of key client accounts and ensuring appropriate cover during periods of leave.
  • Oversee the effective use of HubSpot CRM across the South West region, collaborating with the Management Team and wider FI South Ltd teams to ensure consistency and best practice.
  • Ensure robust onboarding plans are in place for all key client cohorts, with all new sign-ups completed and confirmed at agreed pricing a minimum of 10 working days prior to the First Day of Learning.
  • Liaise with the Compliance Team to forecast and manage incoming workload.
  • Drive high standards of data accuracy within the team, minimising audit errors across all sign-up activity.
  • Produce and deliver weekly onboarding reports to management, working closely with Compliance to track progress against key milestones.
  • Lead on Huddles and Weekly Team Meetings, maintain the sign-up dashboard and ensure 'red flags' are reviewed and resolved.
  • Manage learner progression at Level 3 to Level 4, engaging with clients through review meetings and appropriate communication channels.
  • Contribute to and support wider FI Group projects relevant to the role and business priorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:

  • Experience of MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lists, Forms)
  • Excellent attention to detail and good level of written English
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confident and professional
  • Strong organisational, problem solving and time management skills
  • Able to influence colleagues to ensure that deadlines are met, taking responsibility for this where required
  • A willingness to be flexible and adjust to change
  • Ability to remain calm, focused and organised under pressure

Desirable:

  • Experience of client management and CRM systems
  • Experience of apprenticeship standards and programmes
  • Experience of the accountancy and finance sector
