The Marketing Manager, covering our London and National functions, manages the marketing strategy and execution for London campuses and national client accounts. This role combines local market activation with national strategic partnership marketing, ensuring B2B2C growth plans are delivered with excellence, grounded in insights and aligned to the national marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • London Regional Marketing
    • Act as the marketing business partner to the London managing director and centre heads, becoming their key marketing point of contact.
    • Develop and deliver the marketing plan for the London region, ensuring strong local brand presence and learner and client engagement.
    • Adapt national & regional campaigns for local audiences using market insight, competitor intelligence and sales needs.
    • Influence commercial planning, pipeline priorities and local go to market activity.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all local touchpoints.
  • National Account Marketing
    • Act as the marketing business partner to the national client team, becoming their key marketing point of contact.
    • Partner with national customer relationship management leads to design and execute sector specific one-to-many marketing programmes.
    • Working with the wider regional, national and online marketing team, develop tailored content, campaigns and events that support client acquisition and retention, ensuring relevancy for national clients.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with the wider marketing teams to deploy high performing national marketing activity.
    • Work closely with fellow regional marketing leads to ensure consistency and shared learning, alongside optimising shared and scaleable resources.
    • Support central teams by providing regional insight and customer perspectives.
  • Campaign Management
    • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, events, outreach and local partnerships.
    • Work closely with the central marketing team to ensure timely execution quality, targeting and optimisation.
    • Manage marketing budget, ensuring effective investment.
  • Performance & Accountability
    • Report on both London and national marketing performance, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
    • Track performance, provide clear reporting, and recommend optimisation based on insight.
    • Monitor competitor activity across the region.
