Remote Mental Health Resettlement Officer – Housing Support in Derry, Londonderry

First Housing is seeking a Mental Health Resettlement Officer based in Derry/Londonderry. The role works from home with travel within the Western Health and Social Care Trust area, 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday.

The salary is £25,930 per annum. You will implement a resettlement service for homeless individuals with mental health challenges, supporting them to access housing and related services in the NI region.
