We are currently recruiting for Telephone Advisors to join the team of a highly successful and well-established home improvement company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a flexible part-time position within a friendly, supportive office environment. You will be working as part of a small team, speaking with customers and helping to arrange appointments with our experienced representatives.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with customers over the telephone
- Handling customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Booking appointments with customers
- Confirming and arranging appointments
- Completing various customer paperwork and updating information
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure appointments are organised efficiently
No previous experience is necessary. Full training will be provided, along with ongoing support to help you become confident and successful in the role.
