A field-based position supporting the Service Department. Meeting with existing customers at their properties to provide repair and replacement services following the company warranty conditions (faulty products and faulty workmanship).
MAIN DUTIES
- Meet with customers onsite, understand their requirements and discuss their options in relation to works to be undertaken, e.g. repairs/replacements.
- Validate claim is consistent with product of installation fault, if necessary, ensuring completion of repairs and that the appropriate escalation process is followed.
- Complete assigned installation and repair jobs to a high standard within appropriate timescales.
- Ensure possession of all necessary goods, tools.
