Hybrid Customer Sales Executive
As a Hybrid Customer Sales Executive, you will speak with customers who express interest in our products and services, guide them through options, and help them make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and speaking with customers regarding their home improvement requirements.
- Presenting and demonstrating our range of products, designs, and styles.
- Helping customers select the most suitable solutions for their needs.
- Explaining finance packages and payment options clearly and professionally.
- Preparing quotations and completing sales documentation.
- Processing customer payments and finalising orders.Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to sale.
- Building trust and long‑lasting relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build rapport and confidence with customers.
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to succeed.
- Previous sales experience beneficial but not essential; full training provided.
