The Customer Service Advisor will communicate effectively with potential customers both in person and over the phone, in order to promote our company's products and services. They must use their knowledge and skills to generate highly qualified leads and provide further information on the products or services. The main objective for a customer service adviser would be to advertise our products and services and book an appointment for the consultants.

MAIN DUTIES:- To effectively communicate and deliver an excellent customer experience to new customers
- To follow all the standard operating procedures.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Advertise our products and services face to face to new customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through an excellent sales service
- Ascertain customers' needs and wants to a satisfactory standard
