Job Overview
We’re looking for experienced Bus Drivers to join our Worcester team. This is a permanent, full‑time role with consistent hours, structured shifts, and the opportunity to be part of a vital local service. Shifts are planned in advance and include a mix of early, late and weekend working, giving you variety and weekday flexibility.

Requirements
- Hold a valid PCV licence
- Proof of your Right to Work in the UK
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Flexibility to work on a rota/shift basis. (Shifts may include early mornings starting 03:30hrs, late nights finishing at 02:00hrs, and weekends.)
- Great people skills
- If you are already PCV qualified, you can start on our top rate and receive a £3,000 joining bonus (T&C's apply)
