About the Role

Bus driving is a rewarding career. You\’ll be providing a crucial service that customers value and rely on, such as getting to work or school, attending important doctor\’s appointments, shopping, or traveling into town. Bus drivers are key workers who keep everyday life moving for local communities. You\’ll be out on the road, working on your own initiative, but also part of a close-knit driving team that looks out for each other. Every day brings something different, and you\’ll meet some amazing people along the way.

Start your journey with us as a trainee earning £13.00 per hour, with your hourly rate increasing to £13.40 after 12 months.

These full-time, permanent posts require working 39 hours per week on various shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

The minimum age is 18, with at least 6 months\’ driving experience. No worries if you\’ve never driven anything larger than a car; we provide top-class training on our modern, automatic buses.
