At SPS Bus, we are looking for a motivated, organised, and enthusiastic Recruitment Apprentice to join our Recruitment Team. This is more than just an apprenticeship — it’s an opportunity to become part of the team helping recruit and onboard drivers supporting the Sizewell C Power Station project. You’ll gain first-hand experience within a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment environment, helping attract, support, and onboard drivers who play a vital role in keeping this major project moving. Key Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for driver roles, from application through to onboarding.
- Assist with creating and posting job adverts across recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, providing a professional and positive experience.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities.
- Support recruitment events, job fairs, and driver assessment days.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
- Assist with arranging medical appointments and completing Right to Work Checks.
- Learn compliance processes required for working on high‑security and regulated sites.
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates, managers, and colleagues.
- Support general recruitment administration tasks.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external teams.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are completed professionally and in line with company procedures.
About you
