We are currently seeking a Safety Systems Administrative Assistant to join our Safety Systems Function Team. This is an entry-level administrative and systems support role within the Health and Safety function. The role focuses on the accurate administration and maintenance of organisational safety management systems, supporting the integrity of safety data and routine reporting processes across the business.
The Safety Systems Administrative Assistant works under the supervision and direction of the Safety Systems Manager and does not hold operational safety performance accountability, governance authority, or policy ownership. The position is task-focused and process-driven, supporting established safety systems and reporting frameworks. While the role contributes to the accuracy and reliability of safety information used across the organisation, it does not involve making safety decisions, leading investigations, or directing operational safety activities.
The role carries responsibility for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates, operating within clearly defined procedures and governance controls.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Basic systems administration and data entry capability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
