The role

We\’re looking for trainee bus drivers who are ready to drive change—literally! You don\’t need any bus driving experience; just a full UK driving licence (held for at least 6 months) and a passion for customer service. We\’ll provide full training and support you every step of the way, so you can qualify as a professional PCV licence holder and join our brilliant team of drivers.

What you\’ll need

  • Full UK driving licence, held for at least 6 months (max 6 points)
  • Friendly, helpful, and safety-focused attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to complete our training programme
  • The right to work in the UK
