Experienced Bus Driver – Portsmouth, Hilsea
£15.11 per hour
Already a PCV qualified Driver? We’re looking for drivers to join our team in Portsmouth. If you’re already a qualified PCV driver and want a steady role with a supportive depot, this could be a good fit. You’ll be driving local bus routes, helping passengers get where they need to be safely and on time.
What’s in it for you?
You’ll earn £15.11 per hour, with the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime when it’s available. This is a full time, permanent role with guaranteed contracted hours, and your shifts will be planned in advance so you know what your working week looks like ahead of time. You’ll work a rotating shift pattern covering mornings, evenings, and weekends, but everything is scheduled to give you as much predictability as possible.
The Role
As one of our Bus Drivers, you'll safely operate local bus services, helping people travel to work, school, appointments, and home every day. You'll ensure every journey is safe, reliable, comfortable, and on time while delivering excellent customer service to every passenger. You'll be representing First Bus within your local community and playing an important role in keeping people connected. This is a rewarding role where professionalism, safety, and a positive attitude make a real difference to the communities you serve.

- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
