We’re launching a brand-new Digital Solutions team at the heart of our IT function, and we’re looking for an exceptional IT Digital Manager to lead the charge. As our IT Digital Manager, you’ll drive the design, delivery, and management of cutting-edge digital solutions. From AI-driven automation to low-code platforms and cloud-based data pipelines, you’ll modernise how we operate – and how London moves. You’ll lead a dynamic team of Data Engineers and Low-Code Developers, spearheading innovation that improves efficiency, empowers decision-making, and enhances experiences for both colleagues and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of low-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents)
- Drive AI and automation strategies to streamline business operations
- Oversee data engineering pipelines with Azure Data Factory and Matillion ETL
- Manage and scale a Snowflake Data Warehouse, integrating multiple data sources
- Enable self-service analytics across the business using QlikSense
- Collaborate with vendors and ensure seamless integration with core systems (Agresso, Trapeze, OpenPeople, Freeway EAM, Giro Hastus)
- Build and lead a high-performing digital team, delivering projects through Agile and Waterfall methodologies
