About the role
About the role
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Night Shift Coachbuilder/Body Man to joinour busy mechanical engineering team at our Sheffield depot.
The primaryresponsibilities include:
- Conducting accident bodywork repairs
- windowrepairs
- diagnosing body faults
- performing collision andvandalism repairs
- addressing routine inspection findings and defect cards
- painting minor bodyworkrepairs
- handling fibreglass bodywork, and
- documenting repairs for third-party insurance claims.
We\’ll provide your overalls and equipment needed to get the job done.
Location: Sheffield
Hourly Rate: £22.19
Working Shift Patterns: 4 on 4 off, 18:00 – 06:00
About you
- Do you have a minimum level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent, with proven coach building experience?
- Do you have welding experience?
- Must hold cat B Driving Licence
- Have you working experience in vehicle accident repair and painting for PSV/HGV vehicles?
- A PCV licence isn\’t essential, we can support you in gaining it.
