The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you’ll be more than just a team member—you’ll be a key part of a child’s early story. You’ll spark curiosity, inspire imagination, and help build the foundations that shape their future. Working alongside a supportive and friendly team, you’ll have the freedom to bring your creativity to life and make every day meaningful—for both you and the children.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment where every child can thrive
- Planning fun, engaging, play-based activities tailored to each child’s interests
- Supporting children’s development across all areas of the EYFS
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families

- Delivering exciting experiences through our enhanced curriculum
- For qualified staff: being a key person and completing observations and assessments
- Enjoying walks and little adventures in the local community
What We’re Looking For
- A Level 2 Early Years qualification or above (for qualified roles)
- A kind, positive, and enthusiastic team player
- Someone who genuinely loves working with children
- A creative mind who enjoys making learning magical
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- Initiative to create engaging activities (especially tuff trays!)
