Location: Residential School - Lymington

Pay: £14.88 per hour

Contract: Temp (no end date)

Start date: ASAP

Shift pattern:

  • Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun - 8.00am - 8.00pm
  • Week 2: Wed, Thur - 8.00am - 8.00pm

What will be expected...

  • Lead shifts and supervise Support Workers

  • Act as a Keyworker and advocate
  • Contribute to care planning, reports, and safeguarding
  • Plan and lead activities on and off site

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Health & Social Care (desirable)
  • 1+ year experience with young people with SEN/disabilities
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
  • Driver with access to own car (essential)
