Stonepillow is seeking an experienced and values-driven Senior Change Manager to lead a transformative restructure across our Residential Services supporting individuals at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Reporting to the Director of Client Services, you will drive strategic change that strengthens trauma-informed, person-centred support, improves staff wellbeing, and enhances client outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the end-to-end change process using recognised change management frameworks.
  • Overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, and training aligned with our values and service goals.
  • Embedding a cultural shift toward inclusive, trauma-informed, values-led practice.
  • Developing communication strategies and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Monitoring impact, managing risk, and ensuring long-term sustainability of change.
