About the Role At First for Support, we're looking for compassionate and reliable Children's Support Workers to join our growing team, providing temporary staffing to children's homes in Hampshire. As a Children's Support Worker, you'll play an important role in supporting children and young people in residential care settings. You will help provide a safe, supportive and nurturing environment, build positive relationships and support young people with their daily routines, activities, education and emotional wellbeing. No two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to make a real difference while enjoying the flexibility that temporary work offers. Your Responsibilities As a Children's Support Worker, your responsibilities may include: ·Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people. ·Build positive and trusting relationships. ·Support daily routines, activities and independence. ·Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. ·Follow care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures. ·Complete accurate daily records and reports. ·Work effectively as part of a team and alongside other professionals.
