Registered Manager Children's Residential Home Salary: up to £55,000 per annum Location: Sway, Lymington, SO41 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager who is looking to step up to support the effective leadership of a child-centred residential home that is currently home to 2 children. This role is key to ensuring the home consistently meets Ofsted regulations, delivers high-quality care, and promotes positive outcomes for children. Working as the Registered Manager, you will help maintain a safe, nurturing, and stable environment, underpinned by therapeutic practice and strong safeguarding principles. Key Responsibilities ·Safeguard and promote the welfare of children in line with legislation and best practice ·Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team to deliver consistently high standards of care ·Contribute to care planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance ·Participate in the on-call rota when required Requirements ·Minimum 2 year's experience in a children's residential management role ·Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and quality assurance ·Hold a either a Level 3 NVQ or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management ·Profficient in de-escalation of challenging behaviours ·Full UK driving licence Working hours are Monday to Friday (Apply online only) however this may vary in accordance with the needs of the home with sleep ins paid in addition at £55 per sleep.
