Are you a values-led leader ready to shape something extraordinary from day one? Our client, based in the centre of Hampshire, is opening a brand-new, four-bed therapeutic children's home and are now looking for a Registered Manager with the heart, experience, and vision to lead it.
This is a unique opportunity to:
- Launch and register a new Ofsted-regulated home
- Build a trauma-informed, nurturing culture from the ground up
- Lead, inspire, and develop a brand-new residential care team
- Deliver exceptional care to children with emotional & behavioural needs
You’ll bring:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Registered Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality, child-centred care
