This is a full-time on-site role for a Managing Consultant based in Southampton. The Managing Consultant will lead recruitment efforts, oversee the placement of qualified candidates, and ensure client satisfaction within the Social Care and Social Housing sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment pipelines, building relationships with both clients and candidates, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resource management
