We are seeking compassionate, reliable and adaptable Support/Care Workers to join our agency to help provide high quality care to vulnerable children and adults who have complex needs and/or learning disabilities or mental health needs. This role involves working across different homes and settings including residential homes, nursing homes and supported living environments.
You'll be required to step in at short notice to support the home and their core staff with the daily goings on within the homes, supporting the residents and service users promoting their independence and caring for them in a person-centred way.
Requirements:
- Experience as a carer or support worker essential
- Moving and Handling certificate (desirable)
- PMVA or MAPA certificate (desirable)
- Driving licence (desirable)
