First for Support LTD is recruiting an experienced Deputy Manager to join an Ofsted-regulated children’s residential home in Southampton. This role leads the care team and supports the Registered Manager to ensure safe, nurturing, child-centred care for looked-after children.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, support staff training, ensure safeguarding and Ofsted compliance, and provide leadership during on-call periods. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is preferred.
