First for Education is seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Dawley, Telford, supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD and Challenging Behaviour. This is a full-time, long-term position, working with pupils who require additional support with learning, communication and personal development. The school caters for pupils with needs focused on SEMH and ADHD and associated needs and difficulties. They provide a highly supportive environment with experienced staff and access to specialist training. This is a role where you will find challenging behaviour and need thick skin, but the rewards can be incredible.
SEN Teaching Assistant benefits:
