We are currently seeking a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant to support a pupils with additional needs in a primary school setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s educational journey, providing tailored support to help them thrive both academically and emotionally.
What we’re after :
* Excellent planning & communication
* Level 2 qualification or above in Education or Childcare
* Passion for education
* Enhanced DBS required
* References to cover the last 2 years (minimum of 2)
The right candidates will need to demonstrate a clear passion for teaching. You will need to have good punctuality and good personal organisational skills.
Key responsibilities :
* Creating a safe and stimulating environment while providing targeted support
* Encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive growth
* Assist with classroom activities
* Assisting with behaviour management and supervising children during activities
