We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Youth Mentor to join our team in Telford, with a focus on supporting young individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people facing challenges in their personal and academic development.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide young people with SEND/SEMH needs, focusing on personal, social, and academic growth
- Provide tailored support to help individuals overcome barriers to learning and development
