Cover Supervisor in Nuneaton

First For Education are seeking a confident, flexible and reliable General Cover Supervisor to join a well-regarded secondary school in Nuneaton on a full-time basis for the remainder of the academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cover Supervisor or someone looking to develop their experience within a secondary school environment. You will be responsible for supervising classes across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and ensuring students remain engaged, focused and on task in the absence of their usual teacher. The successful candidate will be adaptable, organised and confident managing classroom behaviour while creating a positive learning environment. The school has a strong behaviour policy and a supportive Senior Leadership Team, providing a welcoming environment for staff and students.
