First for Education are proud to be working in partnership with a supportive secondary school in Kidderminster, who are seeking an enthusiastic Physical Education Teacher to join their PE department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a PE specialist who is passionate about promoting physical wellbeing, teamwork, and confidence in young people, while delivering high-quality PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role available is full-time, however the school have flexibility for a part-time option, and will run initially until the end of the academic year.

The Role
- Deliver engaging and structured PE lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Promote teamwork, resilience, and healthy lifestyles
- Manage behaviour effectively to maintain a safe and positive learning environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with the PE department and wider school staff
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching PE
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Is committed to raising attainment and supporting pupil wellbeing
- Has an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to apply)
