- Position: Supply Cover Supervisor
- Location: Worcestershire (multiple middle schools)
- Start Date: Ongoing, flexible start
- Contract: Supply basis – day-to-day, short-term, and potentially long-term cover
- Pay: £90–£120 per day
As a supply Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into classrooms where work is pre-set and supervise pupils in the absence of their usual teacher. You’ll maintain a positive learning environment and ensure that school policies are followed. This role is perfect for those who enjoy variety and want to work flexibly around other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise lessons across Key Stage 2 and 3 (Years 5–8) in middle schools. There may also be work available for you in Secondary Schools working in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Deliver pre-planned work and manage behaviour in line with school expectations
- Adapt quickly to new environments and routines
- Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons where required
- Support pupils in staying on task and engaged in their learning
