The ideal candidate will be a qualified English teacher with QTS and a strong academic background in English. They will be a passionate and knowledgeable subject specialist, confident in delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of English while achieving strong outcomes for students.

Secondary Supply Teacher role requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
- Ability to deliver lessons across a range of subjects
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
- Strong communication and organisational skills

The successful Secondary Supply Teacher will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Adapt teaching to suit different classroom environments
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
