Kickstart Your Career with Us! Are you looking to take your first steps into the world of recruitment? Are you organised, friendly and ready to learn? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to join our team as a Service Administrator.
As a Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts, ensuring they are in line with the regulations and standards of the education industry. You will have a great opportunity to gain first-hand experience in recruitment and compliance within the education sector and will be supported through structured training, practical on-the-job learning, and mentoring from professionals with over 15 years of experience.
You will be responsible for managing our recruitment compliance procedures, assisting the sales team with talent sourcing, conducting interviews and engaging our candidate database. You will maintain open communication with your Education Consultant to ensure a smooth and compliant candidate experience throughout the registration process.
You will be enrolled onto Level 3 Recruiter Development Programme, a 12–18-month apprenticeship. Following successful completion of your apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to be offered a permanent position and will then have access to the Operam career development path.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Apprentice Service Administrator, you will receive hands-on coaching from a Senior Administrator who will support you throughout your apprenticeship and will work alongside our sales team to help find and support teachers and support staff for our clients. We will train you on all aspects of candidate compliance, recruitment support, and data management to ensure you gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment process. This will include:
- Learn how to check and record candidate documents to meet compliance standards.
- Help keep track of candidate registrations and update their progress.
- Support communication between candidates and the team.
- Assist in finding new candidates and registering them through calls and events.
- Help with CV preparation, timesheets, and keeping the candidate database organised.
Recruitment experience isn’t needed, just a willingness to learn and develop!
