We are seeking a reliable, organised Temporary Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our team for a 3-month period.

This role focuses on managing incoming switchboard calls, directing enquiries, and providing dedicated administrative support to our internal Customer Service department., Reception:

  • Reception
  • Manage incoming call volume efficiently and direct calls to appropriate team members or departments.
  • Screen calls, answer basic operational queries, and take accurate messages when team members are unavailable.
  • Provide a professional and welcoming telephone presence for all incoming callers.
  • Departmental Administrative Support
  • Assist the Customer Service department with administrative tasks, data entry, and record management.
  • Maintain up-to-date account and operational records using our internal system and CRM software.
  • Organise, prioritise, and manage daily administrative tasks to support ongoing department workflow.
  • Systems & Documentation
  • Quickly adapt to and utilise in-house software systems and digital tools.
  • Ensure high attention to detail across all data entries and record updates. Previous experience in reception, or general administrative roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic software and CRM systems (e. g., Salesforce or similar platforms).
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and a collaborative team approach.
