First Fence is seeking a reliable Temporary Receptionist & Administrative Assistant for a 3-month period to handle incoming switchboard calls, direct enquiries, and provide administrative support to the Customer Service department.

You will manage call volumes, screen and take messages, perform data entry, and maintain records in our internal systems and CRM.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is advantageous.
