Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, the post holder will play a vital role in driving sustained sales growth through proactive sales activity and the development of long‑term customer relationships. Working in a fast‑paced environment as a key member of the sales team, the post holder will focus on building, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of customers. This will be achieved through regular reaching out calls, customer visits, and scheduled meetings to understand client needs, encourage repeat orders, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

The role will also involve managing customer relationships, processing orders and payments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey. The role is both demanding and rewarding and therefore requires flexibility, drive, initiative, and a strong relationship‑led sales approach.

Our rapid growth means that we currently operate from six locations — our main head office in Swadlincote in the East Midlands, Tipton in the West Midlands, Nottingham, Canvey Island, Bristol, and Glasgow.
