The Head of Sales is an executive leadership role responsible for the overarching commercial strategy and performance of the Inbound, Outbound, and Admin sales departments. Working closely with the Sales Director, this role translates business vision into department-wide strategies, ensures cross-departmental alignment, and mentors the Sales Manager to drive operational excellence and revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Translate overarching business goals set by the Sales Director into actionable, department-wide sales strategies and revenue targets.
- Executive Mentorship: Directly manage, mentor, and set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Sales Manager and Sales Team ensuring they have the tools to effectively run daily operations.

- Executive Reporting: Take ultimate accountability for the department's revenue growth, reviewing sales forecasts and analytics to present comprehensive performance insights and budget compliance to the Sales Director.
