  • Product Strategy: Take the lead in our fortnightly product strategy meetings. You will present your valuable insights on New Product Requests (NPRs) and guide our team with clear, evidence-based recommendations on which exciting ideas we should take forward, pause, or rethink.
  • Driving the Roadmap: Play a key role in curating the company’s product roadmap, ensuring all approved new ranges are integrated into our pipeline with realistic, achievable timescales.

Discovering What Works (Research & Validation)

  • Market Insight: Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging trends. You'll work closely with our sales team, analysing 'lost sales' to identify real market gaps and opportunities.
