As the Brand Alignment Coordinator, you are the central guardian of our company’s visual identity and brand consistency. You will be the mastermind behind all physical and customer-facing touchpoints, ensuring our branding remains strong, accurate, and on-message. From overhauling depot point-of-sale displays to managing physical print runs and exhibition materials, you are responsible for the day-to-day brand alignment of the business, driven by strategic and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Alignment Strategy: Manage a phased roadmap to bring all depots up to speed with current branding over the next year. You will conduct regular visual audits and manage budgetary planning to ensure every location consistently delivers maximum "wow factor" across the network.
  • Print Media & Catalogue Management: Oversee the regular updates and publishing of our master and sub-range catalogues. Your goal is to ensure absolute accuracy in product specifications and pricing, while streamlining our print runs to reduce excess inventory and waste.
  • Specification Sheet Refreshes: Take ownership of product specification sheets, systematically updating existing documents to align perfectly with corporate templates and ensuring all new ranges have fully developed sheets ready at launch.
  • Customer Segmentation: Lead our demographic marketing efforts. You will actively define and segment our core audiences (e.g., local landscape gardeners, building contractors, and DIY homeowners) to ensure tailored messaging lands with the right people at the right time, tracked by clear engagement metrics.
  • Seasonal Fencing Promotions: Drive our seasonal marketing activities by developing highly targeted promotional campaigns (e.g., Spring/Summer garden preparation, Winter storm damage repairs) designed to capture seasonal demand and boost category sales.
  • Localised Catchment Marketing: Implement targeted, local marketing plans tailored to our key depot delivery areas, focusing on dominating local search visibility and building strong regional brand awareness.
  • Catalogue Distribution: Refine our print and digital catalogue distribution strategies, ensuring physical copies reach active buyers efficiently while actively driving growth in digital catalogue downloads and engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Take responsibility for monitoring the success of your strategic marketing segments. You will track overarching performance indicators (such as ROAS, organic traffic growth, conversion rates, and lead quality) and present regular, insightful updates to the management team.
