Location: Hybrid – Swadlincote, DE11 8EA
This fixed‑term position covers maternity leave and requires significant flexibility to collaborate with our US‑based team. The candidate must align working hours with Central Daylight Time (CDT), six hours behind UK time. A substantial overlap with Texas business hours is a non‑negotiable requirement.

Position
As a Website and E‑commerce Coordinator, you will manage and maintain our online platform to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and sales. Your blend of technical expertise and business acumen will drive our e‑commerce success.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Maintenance: Ensure the website functions correctly, stays up to date, and remains visually appealing.
- Product Management: Manage product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing to optimise search visibility and sales.
- Order Processing: Oversee order processing, fulfilment, stock levels, and customer order inquiries.
- Website Analytics: Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and optimise user experience using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Content Management: Create, update, and manage website content, including banners, blog posts, and promotions.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot website issues and provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
- SEO & SEM: Implement strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- E‑commerce Platform Management: Manage platform updates, integrations, and security.
