Position
First Fence is actively seeking an ambitious and driven Product Administrator. This is far from a standard administrative role; it is a highly commercial position where you will take ownership of end-to-end project management for new product launches, guiding them from initial concept through to successful market release.
Key Responsibilities
- NPI Management: Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and assist in delivering the strategic product roadmap.
- The Five Pillar stones Strategy:
- Research: Conduct market gap analysis by engaging directly with customers and suppliers.
- Liaison: Act as the central communication hub between Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing.
- Commercials: Build business cases focused on profitability and competitiveness.
- Implementation: Manage technical setup across internal systems and web platforms.
- Launch: Coordinate releases to ensure maximum market impact and sales momentum.
Requirements
Essential
- Experience: Background in commercial administration, product management, or project coordination.
- Communication: Proactive phone skills for B2B research and internal collaboration.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to calculate margins, costings, and markups.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and e-commerce backends.
- Detail-Oriented: Precision in SKU management and technical data.
Desirable
- Design: Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) or Canva.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in fencing, construction, or building materials.
