We’re looking for a proactive, approachable and commercially aware Recruitment Advisor to join the First Fence UK team.
You’ll manage recruitment across all areas of the business, helping us attract and appoint people with the skills, attitude and potential to succeed. From operational and site-based positions to sales, technical, professional and management roles, you’ll be comfortable recruiting across a broad range of disciplines and levels.
This is a hands-on role that requires regular site visits. You’ll spend time with our teams, understand how each location operates and build strong relationships with hiring managers so you can match the right people to the right opportunities.
