First Fence Limited is seeking an in-house caterer to run the workplace kitchen and tuck shop, planning, preparing and cooking fresh meals for staff throughout the week, from sandwiches and salads to hot meals, while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.

You will manage stock, order ingredients within budget, handle FIFO inventory, operate the POS system, process sales accurately, and ensure cleanliness and compliance with the Food Safety Act 1990 and HACCP.
