As a Transport Planner you'll be the hero behind the scenes, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, planning driver schedules for delivery, collection and troubleshooting any bumps in the road.,
- Routing and Load Planning: Daily vehicle routing and load planning, ensuring efficient use of fleet and timely deliveries.

- Pre-Delivery & POD Management: Conduct pre-delivery calls to confirm arrangements and manage proof of delivery (POD) follow-ups to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Performance Monitoring & Invoicing
Support: Support invoicing processes and monitor late, failed, or damaged deliveries, identifying trends and escalating issues where necessary. 1+ years of experience in transport administration, planning, or logistics role.
