About The Role

We’re looking for a talented Digital Designer / UX Designer to join our Web and App Development team and bring creativity, technical expertise, and a user-focused approach to our projects.
As a Digital Designer / UX Designer, you will collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to design and deliver engaging, responsive digital solutions tailored to each event’s unique needs. From crafting intuitive user journeys to ensuring seamless implementation, you will play a key role in enhancing our digital offerings and delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and their audiences
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Design & Development:
Create visually stunning, user-friendly websites and event apps that enhance the delegate journey
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, ensuring alignment with user experience and accessibility standards
- User-Centric Approach:
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and optimise the user journey
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and tailored to diverse audiences
- Collaboration & Implementation:
Work closely with developers to translate designs into functional digital products
Utilise platforms such as WordPress, Figma and Flutterflow to design and develop websites and apps that meet client needs
- Innovation & Standards:
Maintain and evolve design standards and guidelines to align with client brands and project requirements
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Personal Specification
- Proven experience as a Digital Designer or UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and app designs
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards
- Hands-on experience with platforms like WordPress and Flutterflow, with the ability to create and customize web and app solutions
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flutter)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with clients and internal teams
- Passion for creating innovative, high-quality digital solutions that delight users and meet project goals
