Trainee Bus Driver – no experience needed. £15.66 per hour. Chelmsford, Essex. 38 hours per week – 5 days per week (Monday – Sunday). Hours assigned in advance on a shift/rota basis.
We are looking for trainee drivers to keep Chelmsford moving. If you have held a UK licence for at least 6 months you will receive paid training for your PCV and CPC. Once qualified you will safely operate buses across the local community and make a real difference in people’s daily lives.
New Driver Training Programme
Our 13‑month programme supports you during the first year in your new role. Training is delivered by industry experts and specialist partners through interactive sessions covering customer service, incident management, safeguarding and more. In addition to a First Bus Level 2 bus driving apprenticeship, you can achieve a nationally recognised qualification in Maths & English (if required).
